HOW DO I GET STARTED?
You can get started by sending a message through the website here or click the "Let's Connect" button at the bottom of this page. From there, we'll schedule a brief phone call where we'll discuss your availability, what you're looking to get from your practice, and schedule your introductory private yoga session.
WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED?
Ideally, you’ll have a mat, two blocks, a blanket, and a strap. Click here to find item links. It’s okay if you don’t have everything yet for the initial session.
I’M JUST LOOKING FOR A TEACHER TO DO A ONE-TIME SESSION WITH. DO YOU DO THAT?
I don't offer single sessions at this time. I'm more focused on working with clients looking to practice on a weekly, ongoing basis. However, I'd be happy to offer you a referral to other yoga instructors in my network.
WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Rates differ slightly among clients. I'll provide a quote either during our phone consultation or shortly after via email.
I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE. IS THIS STILL FOR ME?
Yes! I love working with beginners and in fact, most of my clients are beginners or were beginners when they started sessions with me. For more resources on this, see my article 3 Supportive Tips for Yoga Beginners.
I HAVE AN INJURY/ILLNESS/DISABILITY. CAN YOU WORK WITH ME?
I've taught yoga to people with a range of health conditions. We’ll discuss your specific needs on our phone call, and see if we are a good fit working together.
I'M LOOKING TO SET UP PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS FOR MY SPOUSE AND I, DO YOU OFFER THAT?
Absolutely. At the moment actually, almost all of my clients are couples and the sessions are lovely.
