HOW DO I GET STARTED?

You can start by sending an email to natalie.mazur.yoga@gmail.com or sending a message through the website here. From there, we'll schedule a brief phone call where we will discuss your availability and needs, and schedule your introductory private yoga session.

WHAT SUPPLIES DO I NEED?

You’ll need a mat, two blocks, a blanket, and a strap. Click here to find item links located at the bottom of the page. It’s okay if you don’t have everything yet for the initial session.

I’M JUST LOOKING FOR A TEACHER TO DO A ONE-TIME SESSION WITH. DO YOU DO THAT?

I don't offer single sessions at this time. I am more focused on working with clients looking to practice on a weekly, ongoing basis. 

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

I'll provide a quote on our phone consultation or shortly after via email. 

I’VE NEVER DONE YOGA BEFORE. IS THIS STILL FOR ME?

Yes! I love working with beginners and in fact, most of my clients are beginners.

I HAVE AN INJURY/ILLNESS/DISABILITY. CAN YOU WORK WITH ME?

I have taught yoga to people with a range of health conditions. We’ll discuss your specific needs on our phone call, and see if we are a good fit working together.
